Classes are hatha yoga and suitable for all, regardless of age, experience or ability. Nervous beginners welcome. For further information about any of the classes or courses below, or to book a place, please call Andrea on 01643 708410. Classes are sometimes full, so pre-booking is essential. SUMMER term 2008: Thursday evenings - 24th April to 17th July (no class 22nd May). Friday mornings - 25th April - 18th July (no class 23rd May). AUTUMN term 2008: Thursday evenings - 18th Sept to 18th Dec (no class 9th Oct and 30th Oct). Friday mornings - 19th Sept - 19th Dec 2008 (no class 10th Oct and 31st Oct). |

STRUCTURAL
INTEGRATION SESSIONS One-to-one sessions by appointment from Sept 08 Daytime. Some early morning and late appointments available. Minehead, Somerset Andrea Newman Please call to discuss suitability. Usually a 10-session course is recommended if you wish to continue after the first session. The session will include postural and movement exploration, hands-on structural work, and simple movement exercises.
