A manual for students, teachers and practitioners
(David Coulter)
Written clearly and simply, this book will help the serious yoga practitioner and yoga teacher to deepen their understanding of their physical work.  Anatomy of Hatha Yoga begins with an in-depth description of the musculo-skeletal system and the nervous system.
