Sandra Sabatini's writing is more like poetry than a typical yoga instruction manual.  The book describes the breath, four pranayama techniques, with helpful and original thoughts about each exercise. Individual postures and the sun salutation sequence and a very useful section on relaxation are included with some lovely visualisations which many yoga students will enjoy.
