Celtic Yoga Journey - Midwinter Stillness with Jude Murray

Drawing on the spirit of Yoga and the Spirit of Place, Celtic Yoga explores the deep connections in these two spiritual traditions. Combining traditional hatha yoga asana, breath work and chant with celtic meditations and blessings, we will manifest a creative and healing seasonally inspired journey through the chakras. We’ll focus on the elements, nature, and the ancient Celtic points of the calendar.
We’ll also share some time after the workshop and some festive light refreshments.  Cost £20

Women's Yoga and Tantra Retreat with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

We will be honouring and affirming the feminine energy through yoga, dance, chanting, story telling, positive connection networking, meditation and relaxation.  The programme includes morning hatha yoga and meditation, mudras and mantras for lunar practice, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, vegetarian food, chanting, dancing and gorgeous country walks in the Cotswold hills.  There will be vibrant goddess yantras for tratak, and mantras and poems in praise of the divine feminine spirit.

Yoga Foundation Course (BWY) with Andrea Newman

This course is for yoga students who wish to delve into yoga in more depth than is possible in a weekly yoga class.  You will have the chance to develop your own personal practice and also explore aspects of yoga philosophy and the theory behind the yoga practices.  This course is also a first stepping stone towards teaching yoga for those who wish to follow that path.  The course comprises 60 hours over five Saturday workshops plus two weekend workshops, approximately a month apart.
