Who the course is for


Anyone who is reading this! We all experience stress in our lives, so the course is useful for anyone.

You will find the training particularly useful if you suffer from any stress-related conditions, or feel as though you will do if you don't do something about your stress levels soon.

The course that I offer explores different aspects of stress in a methodical and objective way. You will develop relaxation skills which will help you manage the stress in your life.

There is no one magic solution to the problems of stress management. I will introduce you to a range of ideas and techniques, which you can practice and use at home and in stressful situations.

My aim is to give you an experience which will help you on your search for peace of mind and a balanced life.
