The setup fee includes the production of a website within the stated number of pages.  

A deposit is payable before work commences on the website.

The annual fee quoted includes domain name registration (or domain name transfer) and subsequent domain name holding fees, domain forwarding, unlimited email aliases and forwarding, and website hosting (web space as necessary).  Also included is one website update per quarter.   

The first annual fee is payable when the website is up and running on the internet, or 3 months after payment of deposit, whichever is sooner.  It is then payable annually (dated from the domain name registration).  

Only the webmaster at YogaUK Website Services will be able to make changes to your website.  If you wish to maintain the website yourself you can become the webmaster.  You will no longer pay the annual maintenance fee.  Instead you have 2 options:
- pay a reduced fee to include webhosting and forwarding only
- transfer your website to a different server

Your chosen domain name is registered under your name and you then have exclusive use of that name, worldwide.  Your registration fee is included in the annual fee that you pay to us.  We will pay your subsequent domain name fees for you. 

If you already have a domain name registered, we can transfer it to our Server for you.  Your setup fee and annual fee will remain the same.  Please note: your current server may charge an administration fee for transferring to another server.
