Understanding anatomy is one thing.

Applying it in a real yoga class is another.

🔸 Are you ever unsure how to teach supine twists (Jathara Parivritti) clearly, in a way that supports all your students?

🔸 Do you ever wonder how the body type of an individual student affects the pose, and how to adapt a pose without losing its anatomical integrity?

🔸 Would you like to feel more confident in spotting misalignments and offering effective adjustments?

If so, you're not alone - this interactive, practical workshop is here to help.

Join us to:

✔️ Analyse the anatomy of a pose in terms of the key joints and muscle groups impinged, in an understandable and relevant way

✔️ Identify common movement patterns and misalignments, and how to work with them to bring more ease to students' practice

✔️ Learn to use anatomy-informed language to support your students and maximise the benefits of their practice

✔️ Discuss questions around structural, functional and variational anatomy as applied to yoga teaching
